DELIVERY AND RECEPTION

The sending of the order will be made once the complete payment is received. The delivery of the order will be possible while stocks last. If the ordered material is not available in the stock, a further time will be required and the customer will be informed by email.

Attention, we are not responsible for a surtaxation by the customs services of the country of destination.

If you are otherwise unhappy with a product you may return it for a refund up to 30 days after purchase.

Items returned must be unused and must be returned with their original packaging and copy of the confirmation order at the buyer's expense.

 

Please note that monogrammed and personalized gifts, gift cards, food, and software products are not eligible for exchange or refund unless they are damaged.

Once the returned item is received, we will either issue a gift credit or credit the original source of payment deducting the original postal charges.
