The online shop www.swisscorneralpes.com is developed and exploited by Swiss Corner. The company is registered on the commercial register of the Canton of Geneva with the number: CH-660.0.587.999-0

 

ORDER TAKING 

The commands passed on-line on the basis of existing articles in the official website Swiss Corner.

The buyer who wishes to make a command owes necessarily:

• Accept the present general terms of sale. 

• Confirm his(her,its) order and its payment.

• Settle the complete payment of the order in the planned conditions.

 

All the supplied data and registered confirmation will cost as proof of signature and acceptance of the made operations.

The official Swiss Corner Shop will communicate by email the confirmation of the order registered before its sending.

 

THE PRICES

• The prices indicated on the site are expressed in Swiss francs only.

• Taxes (VAT) are separately charged into the order. 

• The contribution to costs of expedition which will be separately charged. All the orders are payable exclusively in Swiss francs.

The Swiss Corner Shop reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, on the site as well as in the store, being heard that the price appearing on the site the day of the command (order) as well as on the email of confirmation of the order, will be the only one applicable to the buyer.

 

GARANTIE

The goods are verified in store before every sending, also if you notice during their reception that the parcel is damaged, please indicate it immediately to the post office and to our customer service which will take the necessary measures.

All our products being offered in our online shop are guaranteed according to the current legislative principles in Switzerland. For any piece of information concerning a possible case of guarantee, please address the customer service.

 

DELIVERY / RECEPTION

The sending of the order will be made once the complete payment is received. The delivery of the order will be possible while stocks last. If the ordered  material is not available in the stock, a further time will be required and the customer will be informed by email. The shop cannot be kept for person in charge for any delays due to a case of absolute necessity (strike, fire, natural disasters, etc.)

RETURN / EXCHANGE

The returns by post are possible within 30 days after the date of reception, accompanied with a copy of the confirmation's order, according to the conditions shown in our Shipping and Return Conditions page.

The expenses of returns are chargeable to the customer.

Only items in perfect conditions and in their original package can be returned (obligation to use the box of sending to protect the shoes). Swiss Corner will verify the state of the returned material and will decide on its exchange.

• Attention: any damages on the products or in the original box can be the object of a refusal of exchange.

• In case of sending new items during an exchange, the shipment charges for Switzerland and for foreigner countries will be exclusively charged to the customer.

• New items will be sent only at the time of the reception of the amount of the shipment charges. Their sending will be preceded by an email of confirmation.

No cash refund will take place to the store.

The on-line refunds will be made on the same method of payment as during the order. 

An amount of 10 CHF will be debited for our administratives fees.

However, the bank charges relative to the money transfers are not within our competence.

The returns of goods directly in the Swiss Corner Shop are possible and welcome.

 

We adduce to modify without advance notice and at any time the present CGV, who are governed by the current legal frame in Switzerland.
