The goods are verified in store before every sending, also if you notice during their reception that the parcel is damaged, please indicate it immediately to the post office and to our customer service which will take the necessary measures.

The sending of the order will be made once the complete payment is received. The delivery of the order will be possible while stocks last. If the ordered material is not available in the stock, a further time will be required and the customer will be informed by email. 

Attention, we are not responsible for a surtaxation by the customs services of the country of destination. These possible additional costs will be charged to the customer.

The returns by post are possible within 30 days after the date of reception, accompanied with a copy of the confirmation's order, according to the conditions below. 

The expenses of returns are chargeable to the customer.
