The goods are verified in store before every sending, also if you notice during their reception that the parcel is damaged, please indicate it immediately to the post office and to our customer service which will take the necessary measures.

The returns by post are possible within 14 days after the date of reception, accompanied with a copy of the confirmation's order, according to the conditions below.
